Ms. Dorman, Founder and Chief Executive Office of Dorman Group Holdings LLC, is a recognized leader and visionary who is known for being a consultant and nonprofit executive with over 20 years of experience in business start-up, business consulting, program and project management, fund development, contract and source management, supplier development, as well as operations consulting for major U.S. corporations and quasi-governmental organizations. Her areas of expertise include business strategy, business transformation, organizational change management, performance management, and entrepreneurship. She combines executive level experience and business acumen to provide senior executive clients with strategic insights on business growth, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and business process innovation that lead to optimum performance.

Lydia serves as Sr. Vice President with Dorman Group Holdings LLC, and also serves as executive leader over the Human Capital Management practice She brings to her role over 30 years of experience in the HR profession building dynamic leadership and high-performance teams, facilitating change is lagging organizations, leading organization capability and capacity planning, labor management, and driving winning corporate cultures across several global markets.  Lydia began her career at The Walt Disney Company where she served in a variety of HR roles followed by her leadership within the Organizational Development practices of Toyota Motor Manufacturing. She went on to serve in progressive leadership and challenging assignments serving over 1000s of employees at The Coca-Cola Company. She has held posts in London, United Kingdom (covering Western Europe), Copenhagen, Denmark (encompassing all of Scandinavian and the Baltic Countries), Toronto, Canada, and lastly, in Tokyo, Japan, as the Sr. VP, Human Resources, Coca-Cola (Japan) Company, Limited. Lydia is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management
