The Dorman Group LLC offers customized consulting services to clients across all industry sectors, due in part to our ability to draw upon a diverse team of partners and consultants.  As we continue to add capacity to our growing business practices, we are always looking to add experts to our network.  If you have specific experience relevant to any of our core practice areas, we would love to hear from you!

Our core CRS-S practice areas include: Corporate Citizenship, Philanthropy Advisement, Sustainability for Small to Mid-Size Businesses, and Corporate-Community Program Development. We also offer marketing communications and business development as complimentary services to our core practice area.  In addition, we also offer human resources policy development and assessments, diversity/inclusion and workforce consulting and training in partnership with Professional Pipeline Development Group LLC 

We are looking for professionals with at seven to ten years experience in their industry sector. You'll bring a seasoned perspective with innovative thinking that will help our clients maximize the return on their investment in our services.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Dorman Group LLC seeks qualified and motivated individuals who wish to gain experience in the growing field of sustainability and corporate responsibility. Our internship program offers the opportunity for aspiring high school seniors and undergraduate students to pursue their interests in social responsibility, while applying their skills and knowledge in a very real way.

We are seeking an intern to provide support on client projects and general research assistance. The intern will work with our consultant teams on client-related research, basic writing and editing; and, the intern will assist the our consultants in forming innovative ideas, programs and approaches.  You will NOT serve as our "free" admininstrative help, but learn from professionals interested in pipeling new talent within the social responsibility sector. 

Strong candidates will possess solid research skills, exceptional writing abilities, an enthusiastic attitude, and enjoy a team-based culture. Requirements include: enrollment in an undergraduate program, minimum 3.0 GPA and have a strong interest in corporate citizenship, philanthropy, community-program development, sustainability, social responsibility marketing & communications. This is an unpaid position with cost-reimbursements and special travel stipends, if applicable.
