Lynda Dorman, MIM, MBA

Lynda is Founder and Principal of The Dorman Group LLC. Prior to establishing The Dorman Group LLC, Lynda served in several leadership positions within the non-profit and business sectors, including appointments with the BET Foundation, Inc. American Red Cross, Lawyers for Children America, Inc. Merrick Advertising, Inc. and MB Productions, Inc. developing a wide range of business management, program development, and integrated marketing solutions.

Lynda earned a Master of International Management and Master of Business Administration from The University of Maryland, University College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from National-Louis University. A native Washingtonian, Lynda remains active in the community as a Board member of the University of the District of Columbia President’s Corporate Partners Board of Advisors and the Thurgood Marshall Center Trust, Inc.

Among her many accomplishments, Dawn provided leadership and creative direction for all off and online marketing activities of BET.com.

Christoper J. Metzler, PhD

Christopher is the team leader and resident expert on The Dorman Group LLC consulting team for human resources and diversity/inclusion. He also serves as Associate Dean and Professor of Human Resources for the Masters of Professional Studies program at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. At Georgetown, he leads the graduate programs in: Strategic Human Capital, Diversity and Inclusion Management and International Human Resources Management. He also consults to government and industry in all areas of human resources and has completed engagements analyzing various human resources structures, policies, procedures, succession and C-Level planning models and strategic business transition and integration planning.
