Understanding and Agreement: We believe it is critical to invest time and resources in developing a solid and through understanding of our clients’ specific needs and requirements, and to reach an agreement on what is to be the desired outcome.
Collaboration: We leverage the knowledge and experience of our clients as well as our own in finding realistic solutions that exactly fit our clients’ needs and requirements. We do not use a “one-size fits all” approach, and, while we can all learn from previous challenges, we do not reasonably expect to take someone else’s solution off the shelf and simply repack it for the next client.
Value Proposition Development: We expect our clients and our project teams to understand and to be able to express the value, results, and expectations of each engagement or project.
Team Based: The firm’s leadership reviews proposals as well as work performed to assure that client requirements are met. During the course of any assignment, the primary consultant confers regularly with colleagues in the firm in regard to issues or specific knowledge or experience.
