Understanding and Agreement:  We believe it is critical to invest time and resources in developing a solid and through understanding of our clients’ specific needs and requirements, and to reach an agreement on what is to be the desired outcome.

 

Collaboration:  We leverage the knowledge and experience of our clients as well as our own in finding realistic solutions that exactly fit our clients’ needs and requirements. We do not use a “one-size fits all” approach, and, while we can all learn from previous challenges, we do not reasonably expect to take someone else’s solution off the shelf and simply repack it for the next client.

 

Value Proposition Development:  We expect our clients and our project teams to understand and to be able to express the value, results, and expectations of each engagement or project.  

Team Based:  The firm’s leadership reviews proposals as well as work performed to assure that client requirements are met.  During the course of any assignment, the primary consultant confers regularly with colleagues in the firm in regard to issues or specific knowledge or experience.

We works closely and confidentially with C-level executives, management and, as appropriate with boards of directors, to understand the unique integrity challenges and opportunities facing their companies as the foundational work toward creating viable CSR-S policies and initiatives.

We will work with each client to understand their value proposition as preparatory toward developing strategies and programs that meet their particular need. At the core of everything we do is helping clients understand how best to drive the creation or reinforcement of ethical and responsible cultures, and demonstrate social engagement with consumers and communities that lift their 'triple bottom-line' concerns for the people they service, the planet’s sustainability and increasing profit.


CSR-S Integration

We team of business consultants and partners with experience working with the C-suite executives and key functions within companies, such as human resources, corporate affairs, communications, legal, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and others, that are central to the success of ethics, compliance and CSR-S efforts. More importantly, we are skilled at helping companies tear down the silos that often impede the success of such efforts by demonstrating integrated value.


Collaboration

We with partner business consultants in related service sectors engaged in CSR-S initiatives at the grassroots, domestic and international level which may compliment the needs of our clients. We are help our clients understand whether and to what extent involvement in such initiatives meet their overall CSR-S strategy, as well as to help them identify the milestones and accountability measures that may make future involvement appropriate.


Stakeholder Relations/Reporting

C-level leaders  and managers well understand that their business has accountability to a variety of stakeholders.  No doubt with that the economic crisis, the on-going corporate accountability issues and consumers’ collective concerns about the issues that impact their daily lives, the voices of these stakeholders are becoming louder and more influential with each passing day.  We will work with corporate leaders to development the requisite corporate reports, following industry standards and guidelines  to demonstrate accountability to social and sustainability engagements.


Service Evaluation and Management

Each engagement concludes with an evaluation and relationship management report based on discussion and feedback from our corporate team liaison, and marks the final phase our overall customer management approach for building and maintaining the service relationship with companies and organizations  - ensuring that our contractual obligations and service levels are met and that we deliver to, or exceed, your expectations.
